The staff was helpful! Breakfast included a good variety. The location was close to Penn Station, a real plus for travel connections. It made getting around easy. The room was well kept. It felt refreshing to return to each day after long hours.
The elevators sometimes took a while! It could be a bit frustrating during peak times.

i stayed for several nights and found the location really good with easy access to nearby attractions. the room was clean and well equipped with a useful kitchenette. breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day offering sufficient options. i found the staff helpful and professional .

friendly staff clean studio useful amenities
the complementary breakfast was amazing, i mean seriously amazing! i could take it away, super useful. the staff was so friendly, especially during check-in, i felt so welcomed. the studio was clean and tidy, and it had everything i needed, like all the utensils and shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, which i really appreciated.
the elevators sometimes took a while, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal.

equipped kitchenette amazing bed small room minute wardrobe
the building is located directly on the 1 line, a huge deal. the bed was amazing and the room had a fully equipped kitchenette. we used the kitchenette regularly. everything needed to cook full meals was there.
The room was small. the wardrobe was minute. the bathroom door does not close properly. It slides across, so there's no privacy from noise, activity, or smell! the number of floors meant frequent long waits for the lifts.
